Pal Sites Program

The Cleveland PALSITE Program employs off-duty community police officers to provide programming and positive interactions with children ages 5 through 18 during non-school hours. The program is hosted currently by several of the City of Cleveland's Recreation Centers and outdoor pools. The Cleveland PALSITE Program provides early intervention to at risk inner-city youth by offering them a positive and productive environment that is available after school, on Saturdays, and during school vacations. The PALSITES Program is designed to have children interact with police officers in a positive manner, as they participate in organized athletic events, special interest programming, and educational activities.
